MILLER, SD - The WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature included another impressive rookie performance as Chad Selting tried to run away with the lead while point leader Kevin Bliese fought his way forward from starting shotgun on the field. Bliese finally ran him down with five laps to go and earned the win over Selting, Robby Kohnen, Scott Sievert, and Ronnie Reding, who was subbing for his brother Raymond. For everyone in the top five, it was their best race of the year. It was Bliese's 16th feature win and increased his point lead over Lorin Johnson.
